Specifications may or may not be a Standard. COBie is an example of BIM-related specifications which may become a service/delivery standard…s which are authoritative and test-proven (e.g. barrier-free or accessibility standards). The term 'Standard' is often confused with other Knowledge Content LabelKnowledge Content LabelA label (or tag) used to identify the Knowledge Content Types within Noteworthy BIM Publications (NBP). There are many Knowledge Content Types including Frameworks, Protocols, Performance Metrics, and Best Practicess
